Degree Requirements
Program Requirements
Courses are offered in the fields of solid mechanics and material science, energy engineering and fluid mechanics, mechatronics and control, design and manufacturing, and nano/micro system.
A minimum of 132 credits (For International Students:124 credits) must be taken with 98 credits at the department for the B.S. degree.
A minimum of 34 credits must be taken for the M.S. degree.
A minimum of 28 credits must be taken for the Ph.D. degree.
